Grand Canyon – True Story

Invitation to an Exclusive Workshop with Michał Skuza

Grand Canyon – True Story

We are thrilled to extend an invitation to you for a great learning experience! Join us for a special workshop hosted by Michał Skuza, a teacher, musician, and traveler.

Michał Skuza graduated in English Philology with a specialization in American Literature and Culture. He runs the COLUMBUS Foreign Language School, where he teaches English.

Michał is passionately devoted to music – playing both the acoustic and electric guitar and singing. The music he performs defies easy categorization, blending American folk, blues, sung poetry, and rock. Bob Dylan has always been his favorite artist, whose life, work, and artistic transformations were the subject of his master’s thesis. Michał writes songs, releases albums, and performs concerts, mainly in a duo with his son Błażej.

Beyond music, another of his passions is travel, both near and far. To new places and those previously visited, in different seasons, sleeping here and there – in the mountains, forests, shepherd’s huts, shelters, but also comfortably in a bed with access to a shower.

Michał primarily travels around Poland and Europe, but in September this year, he went with Błażej to the USA. The trip’s destination was the Grand Canyon in Arizona, among several other beautiful places, far from the hustle and bustle of the cities.

As a natural storyteller with a sense of humor, he is often invited to share his adventures, illustrating his stories with photographs or films and his own music.
